Frequently Asked Questions:
When can I expect to recieve my kits in the mail?
We ship our kits bi-monthly, every other month. Our kits are sent out around the first of the month in February, April, June, August, October, and December. We ship Priority Mail, so they should take less than a week to find their way to you. International shipments take a bit longer, depending on the location.
I have 3 children? What are my options?
Our sibling kits are available to minimize the cost for more than one child. One sibling kit will include additional supplies as needed. Siblings may need to share paint or markers, however, each will have their own projects to do. You can also add a sibling kit for a toddler by ordering our Lil' Apprentice sibling kit. All kits will be shipped in one box which will minimize your shipping costs as well. Order up to three sibling kits for the cost of one shipment! If you would like each child to recieve a box all their own, please order each kit separately.
What additional supplies will I need to purchase? Everything you need is included in the kit with the exception of common household items such as white glue or glue sticks, , scissors, plates for paint, etc. We strive to include everything you might need so that you can just sit down and spend some quality time with your child. One bottle of tacky glue is included with a subscription, and additional glue is available in our Art Closet.
Is it necessary to purchase Add-On Items?
Absolutely not! Add-On items are made available to enhance our Artist kits. Sometimes we find a great item to include, yet cannot provide it within the budget of the kit, or cannot purchase in the quantities needed to fill all orders. However, we wish to allow our clients an opportunity to add them to their kits as desired. Our Add-On items are a great value and a wonderful opportunity to provide your child just a lil' bit more!
Are the kits appropriate for Homeschooling?
YES! Our kits are created with Homeschooling families in mind.
Our kits include most everything you need at your fingertips and our newsletter includes detailed directions and lesson plans that make adding our kits for your child's art curriculum a sound choice. Each of our kits focus on an Artist and a theme, lending themselves to dozens of additional learning opportunities! Our kits motivate and inspire children to learn more!
No more running around for supplies and searching for fun and creative activities. Don't leave art out of your child's learning experience! Art allows children a means for expressing themselves and creative expression is linked to improved overall academic performance!
